Submission Instructions

Perceptual and Motor Skills or Psychological Reports

  1. Be sure your study is within the topic areas in Psychological Reports and Perceptual and Motor Skills. Please:
    Review the topic areas list for PMS or PR ;
    Search the online Journal databases to be sure your submission is complete and is directed to the correct Journal;
    Be sure your sample is acceptable. Note on online samples

  3. Format:
    A manuscript should be prepared in APA* format, double-spaced in clear, 12-point type throughout the paper. Print only on the front side of each page. Number the pages. Click here for our Style Document.

  5. Make sure information is available for upload, which must include:
    The complete title,
    Names and affiliations of all authors in the order they should appear,
    The running head, Keywords (if available) and
    Contact information for readers (name, address, e-mail information)

  7. Include a Summary or Abstract on a separate page following the title page.
    Length should be less than 150 words.

  9. A Reference List should be included at the end of the paper. Check to ensure that:
    All references are accurate and complete (names must include all initials originally given),
    All references are cited in the body of the paper, and
    All citations in the paper are included in the Reference List.

  11. If your study used copyrighted questionnaires, instrumentation, etc., then you must also send letters of permission from the copyright holders or e-mail a signed copy. E-mail to Submissions@AmmonsScientific.com.

  13. Prepared cover letter in which the following is specified:
    That an original manuscript is being submitted for consideration, Read this Notice
    The name of the journal to which the paper is being submitted,
    The name and address of the author to whom editorial correspondence should be sent, and
    E-mail address and fax number for contact use only. Privacy Policy
